Contracts Connected is where your team creates contracts, sends them to vendors, and keeps every compliance document in one place. It replaces the email chains and spreadsheets most construction teams use to manage subcontracts and the insurance, licensing, and payroll paperwork that comes with them.

You work from the left sidebar: Dashboard shows what needs your attention today, Projects holds your jobs, Tasks is the inbox of items assigned to you or your vendors, Vendors is the companies you work with, and Templates is your reusable documents. The Create button in the top right starts a new project, commitment, change order, or task, and Chat with AI answers questions about your contracts, vendors, and deadlines.
