You find Settings in the account menu at the bottom-left corner of the sidebar, not in the main navigation. Click your name, then click Settings, and the Settings hub opens.
Settings sits in a different spot than the rest of your navigation, so it is easy to miss the first time you look for it.
Open Settings
Find your name at the bottom-left corner of the sidebar. It sits below Notifications and Help, with a ... menu icon to its right.
Click your name to open the account menu. The menu lists your name (click it to open My profile), Settings, and Logout.
Click Settings. The Settings hub opens.
You can also open the hub directly at the /settings address in your browser. Settings has no left-sidebar entry and no keyboard shortcut, so the account menu is the way in.
What happens next
The hub loads with the breadcrumb Dashboard > Settings and the heading Settings. Its cards are grouped into five sections:
Organization: Account details, Company details, Employees & invites, and Permission groups.
Vendors: Vendor setup requirements.
Templates: Merge fields and Document naming.
Workflows: Redline settings, Commitment approvals, and Commitment intake forms.
Account: My profile and Notifications.
Click any card to open that section.
If this doesn't work
If you cannot find Settings anywhere in the left sidebar → that is expected. Settings has no sidebar entry and no keyboard shortcut. Open it from your name at the bottom-left corner.
If you opened Commitment approvals looking for the approvers on a specific project → those are set inside the project, on the Project Setup tab. The Commitment approvals card in Settings holds reusable approval templates, not any one project's approver chain.
If the Redline settings card is greyed out and will not open → either redlines are not enabled for your company, in which case the card's tooltip reads "Redlines are not enabled for your company. Contact your account manager to turn them on.", or your role lacks account configuration access, in which case it reads "Your role does not include account configuration access. Ask a company admin to update it."
