Two Settings pages cover your organization's identity: Company Details (what appears on your documents) and Account Details (your account number and billing identity).
Steps
Click your name at the bottom-left corner of the sidebar.
Click Settings.
Click Company details or Account details.
For a simple field, click the pencil beside it, change the value, and save. Logos use Upload logo, and Certifications, Licenses, Office Locations and Subsidiary Companies use their + Add button.
Company Details
Open Settings → Company Details to manage:
Company Logo: upload a PNG or JPG (max 100MB).
Company Information: company name, DBA, website, Tax ID, and phone.
Certifications: click + Add to record certifications (e.g. 8(a), SDVOSB).
Licenses: your contractor licenses, available for use in contracts and merge fields.
Office locations: the addresses used across your projects and documents.
Subsidiary Companies: related entities under your organization, including affiliates, joint ventures, and DBAs, with a + Add button to record each one.
These values feed your merge fields, so your company name, Tax ID, and license numbers auto-fill correctly in every contract you generate.
Account Details
Open Settings → Account Details for:
Account Information: your Account Number (used for billing inquiries), creation date, account admin, and the Entity Name that appears on invoices.
Danger Zone: Close Account permanently deletes your organization. Contact support before touching this.
What happens next
Company Details changes flow into your documents through merge fields on the next generation.
If this doesn't work
If a contract shows an outdated company value → update it in Company Details, then regenerate the document.
If vendors say your emails look wrong or land in spam → sender and reply-to configuration is not self-serve yet. Contact support and we will check your account's sending domain.
If you need your account number for a billing question → it's at the top of Account Details.
