Signers aren't locked in when a contract goes out. You can reassign any party role from the contract's task page.
Steps
Open the contract task (from your Dashboard action items, the project's Tasks tab, or search).
Find the Parties panel on the right. It lists your team, Coordinator and Authorized signer, then the vendor's, Vendor contact and Vendor signer, each with their email. Only your own team's rows are editable from your side.
Click the pencil icon next to the role you want to change. The pencil appears only on your own team's rows, Coordinator and Authorized signer.
A person picker opens with your available people. Select the new person, or click Create new Coordinator (or Create new Authorized signer, matching the row you opened) to add someone who isn't in the system yet.
What happens next
The role reassigns to the new person, and the contract's signing flow follows the updated party. The pencil appears only on your own team's rows, Coordinator and Authorized signer. Vendor contact and Vendor signer are read-only from your side, and only someone at the vendor company can forward those roles.
If this doesn't work
If the person you need isn't in the picker → use Create new Coordinator or Create new Authorized signer, or add them first under Settings → Employees & Invites (your team) or the vendor's profile (their side).
If you don't see the pencil icons → you are not named on the task yourself, or the task is not at a stage where reassignment is allowed. The pencil appears on your team's rows only when you are the Coordinator or Authorized signer on that task and its status is Countersignature required or Under review.
