How to Create a Project-Based Task

  10. Select a template(s) for the task.

  11. Click Next.

  12. Review and fill the merge fields.

  13. Check all required merge fields.

  14. (Optional) Use the checkbox next to a field to ignore missing data.

  15. Click Next.

  16. Review the task summary.

  17. Click Send.

How to Verify the Task Sent

  1. Open the selected project..

  2. Go to the Tasks section.

  3. Use the search bar to find the task you created.

  • All vendor responses and files are stored under the project and its scope

  • Tasks created here are tied directly to project

  • Merge fields must be reviewed before sending to avoid missing data

  • Ignoring missing merge fields may result in incomplete documents
