How to repush a commitment

Short Answer

Open the project, go to the scope, click Repush Commitment in the approvals section, review each step, and click Send.

When to Use This

Use this when you need to resend a commitment package to update documents, correct information, or restart the signing process.

Steps

  1. Click Projects.

  2. Open the project you want to work on.

  3. Open the relevant Scope.

  4. Locate the Approvals section on the right side.

  5. Click Repush Commitment.

Step 1: Assigned Users

  1. Review all assigned users.

  2. Confirm your team and the subcontractor are correct for signers and assignees..

  3. Click Save and Next.

Step 2: Review Package

To update existing documents:

First you will select which documents you need to regenerate

Select the document(s) you want to update.

Click Confirm.

To add new documents:

Click Add New Documents.

Select the document(s) you want to add.

Click Save and Next.

Step 3: Merge Fields

  1. Review all merge fields.

  2. Update any incorrect or missing information.

  3. Click Save and Next.

Step 4: Confirm and Send

  1. Review the final package.

  2. (Optional) Preview documents.

  3. (Optional) Download the contract package.

  4. (Optional) Review Schedule and Due Date.

  5. Click Confirm and Send.

Notes

  • Resending documents revoke the original documents.

  • You must complete all four steps before sending.

  • Use Update Selected Documents to modify existing documents.

  • Use Add New Documents to include additional documents.

  • You can preview or download documents before sending.
