To create or manage a contract approval workflow, open Settings, select Projects, click Contract Approvals, and configure the workflow by selecting the job titles responsible for negotiating contract redlines and signing the final contract.

Create a Contract Approval Workflow
Click the Settings icon.
Under Projects.
Click Contract Approvals.
Enter a name for the Contract Approval Workflow.
Select the job title for users who will negotiate contract redlines.
Select the job title for users who will sign the final contract.
Save the workflow.
View, Edit, or Delete a Workflow
Click the Settings icon.
Under Projects.
Click Contract Approvals.
Locate the Contract Workflow Name section on the right side of the page.
Select the workflow you want to modify.
Edit or delete the workflow as needed.
Notes or Rules
Contract approval workflows define the internal review, negotiation, and signing process for contracts.
Workflow roles are assigned using job titles, not individual user names.
Job titles must match the titles assigned to users in their account settings.
Because workflows use job titles, individual user names do not appear in the workflow configuration.
