Both are filter tabs on the Projects page. My projects narrows the list to the projects you are personally on. Company projects shows your company's full project list, including the jobs you are not attached to.
It is an easy pair to mix up, especially in a small office where you are on nearly every job anyway.

Steps
In the left sidebar, click Projects, or press ⌘P.
Click My projects to cut the list down to the projects you are attached to.
Click Company projects to see every project that belongs to your company.
Use the Owner and Manager columns to see who is attached to a project. Owner shows the Project Owner and Manager shows the Project Manager.
If either column is hidden, click the gear icon at the right end of the table's header row and turn it back on. Owner is listed there as Project owner name, and Manager is listed as Manager.
Click All projects to return to the default view.
What happens next
The table shows only the matching projects, and the count beside each tab tells you how many that is. The two tabs often show the same number, which means you are on every project your company currently has.
If this doesn't work
My projects and Company projects show the same count → you are attached to every project in the account. Nothing is wrong.
A job you work on is missing from My projects → you are probably not recorded on that project. Open Company projects, check the Owner and Manager columns for that row, and ask the person listed to add you.
Company projects looks shorter than you expect → Company projects returns the same list as All projects, closed and draft jobs included, so a missing project is not hiding behind a status. Check the pagination controls under the table before assuming a project is gone, since the list shows 10 projects per page by default, and confirm the project was created under your company.
You cannot open the Projects page at all → your role may not include access to projects. Ask an Admin at your company to check your role in Settings.
