The Dashboard is your morning starting point: what's on your plate, what you're waiting on from vendors, and what's moving through the pipeline, all on the Tasks tab.
Steps
Open Dashboard. Four counters run across the top:
My action items: tasks assigned to you, with an overdue count.
Waiting on vendor: everything blocked on a vendor, with its overdue count.
Vendors overdue: the number of unique vendors with at least one overdue or expired required document. Clicking it opens the Tracker filtered to overdue packages.
Pipeline: commitments in motion, showing drafts and overdue items.
Below, Your Action Items lists your tasks grouped by urgency. Overdue items sit at the top in red. Each row shows Task, Vendor, Project, Commitment, Action needed, Due, Owner, and Action.
Narrow the view with the filter bar: All playbooks · All projects · All vendors · All task types · All waiting on · All statuses, or search by task, vendor, or project. All playbooks only appears when your account has more than one playbook, and All task types, All waiting on and All statuses appear in the Tasks view.
Click Expand all to open every group at once.
What happens next
Work the list top-down: overdue first. As tasks complete, they leave your action items and the counters drop. The Waiting on vendor count is your cue for who to nudge. The Tracker tab's reminder tools handle that (see the compliance tracking article).
If this doesn't work
If your action-item count seems too high → check the filters; a saved project or vendor filter may be hiding context, and remember the count includes every overdue item, however old.
If a task you expect isn't listed → look below Your Action Items. The Tasks view also has On Our Team (assigned to your colleagues) and On Vendor sections, and both start collapsed. Click the section header, or Expand all, to open them. Note that narrowing the All waiting on filter hides the other section entirely.
