How do I track vendor compliance from the Dashboard?

Written by Zach Koerber

The Dashboard's Tracker tab is your compliance command center: one grid showing every commitment package and exactly which documents each vendor still owes you.

Steps

  1. Open Dashboard and click the Tracker tab.

  2. Choose your view: Commitment Packages or On-Site Compliance.

  3. Filter with the All / Complete / Incomplete / Overdue chips, each of which shows a live count, or narrow by playbook, project, or vendor using the dropdowns.

  4. Read each row left to right: the vendor and commitment, an Incomplete count (e.g. 1 / 2), then one column per required document: Subcontract Agreement, Certificate of Insurance, W-9 Tax Form, Business License, Payment Bond, Site Safety Plan, Certified Payroll, and more.

Each cell uses the status legend at the top right: Approved (green check), Under review, Not Received, Overdue, Expired, and Not requested (—).

Using AI Insight

Click AI Insight on any row to open that vendor's compliance panel. It shows how many required documents are complete, flags what's missing, and gives you one-click actions:

  • Remind vendor of all missing: sends one reminder covering everything outstanding.

  • Send reminder next to a specific document: nudges the vendor about just that item.

  • Recent activity: a running log of reminders sent and package events, so you know when the vendor was last contacted before you follow up again.

What happens next

When a vendor uploads a document, its cell moves to Under review, then Approved once it passes. The row's incomplete count drops as documents come in. Reminders you send from the panel appear in the vendor's Recent activity log.

If this doesn't work

  • If a vendor shows more missing documents than you expect → open their row's AI Insight panel to see the exact list of what's required vs. received.

  • If a document shows Expired → the vendor needs to submit a current version; send a reminder for that document.

  • If you can't find a vendor in the grid → check the project and vendor filters at the top; they may be narrowing the view.
