What do the vendor statuses mean?

Written by Zach Koerber

Every vendor sits in one of three statuses, Invite sent, Active, or Deactivated, and the Vendors page groups them into tabs (All, Active, Invite sent, Deactivated) so you can see who is where at a glance.

Wanting to know who has accepted an invite and who has not is a common thing to track, so here is what each label means.

Invite sent: you have sent the vendor an invite, but they have not accepted or finished their setup yet.

Active: the vendor accepted the invite and is set up to work with you. This is where most of your vendors will be.

Deactivated: the vendor has been turned off and no longer counts as active. They stay on file under the Deactivated tab.

What happens next

A vendor moves from Invite sent to Active on their own, once they accept your invite and finish setup. You do not flip the status manually. To find a vendor fast, open the matching status tab, or use the All tab to see everyone at once.

If this doesn't work

  • If a vendor is stuck in Invite sent longer than expected → they likely have not opened the invite. Open them from the Invite sent tab and resend it.

  • If a vendor you expected is missing from Active → check the Deactivated tab. If they were turned off, they show there instead.

  • If you are not sure which status a vendor is in → use the All tab, which lists every vendor with its status badge.
