What Does the Dashboard Show?

Dashboard Overview

The dashboard is your central view of all pending and in-progress work. It helps you quickly identify what needs action, what is waiting on others, and where work is moving forward.

Dashboard Sections

My To-Do

Shows all items that require your action.

Includes:

  • Tasks assigned to you

  • Vendor items assigned to you

  • Scopes you can help move forward

Key point:

If an item appears here, it is waiting on you.

Top Summary (Welcome Snapshot)

Displays a quick summary of key activity at the top of the dashboard.

Includes:

  • Number of items waiting on you

  • Vendor items waiting

  • Assigned collection tasks

  • Scopes that need progress

Key point:

This section gives a quick overview of where your attention is needed.

Company Tasks

Shows tasks assigned to anyone in your company.

Includes:

  • All team tasks

  • Items waiting on other users

Key point:

Provides a full view of work across your organization.

Pending Vendor

Shows tasks that are waiting on a vendor.

Includes:

  • Vendor tasks assigned to you

  • All vendor tasks (based on filter selection)

Key point:

Use filters to narrow results and focus on specific vendor items.

Scopes in Progress

Shows scopes that have not been sent yet.

Includes:

  • Current status of each scope

  • What the scope is waiting on

  • Current stage of progress

Key point:

Helps track scopes that are still being prepared.

Notes or Rules

  • The dashboard is a summary view of all work statuses.

  • Each section represents a different type of pending or in-progress work.

  • Filters may be available in some sections (such as Pending Vendor).
