What does “Revoked” mean?

When a document or task is marked Revoked, it means:

  • The Prime contractor originally sent it to you

  • They later determined it was no longer needed

  • The item was intentionally withdrawn by the sender

Why are revoked items still visible?

Revoked items are not deleted so there is a clear and transparent record of:

  • What was originally sent

  • That it was deliberately pulled back

  • When it was no longer required

This helps maintain visibility and supports audit history.

Do I need to take any action?

No action is required.
Revoked items are provided for reference only and do not require review, response, or completion.
