Step 1: Access Your Dashboard
Start on your main dashboard page. This is where you’ll find navigation options to manage your account and settings.
Step 2: Open Your Profile
In the upper corner of your dashboard, locate your profile icon.
Click the icon, then select “My Profile” from the dropdown menu.
Step 3: View Your Profile Information
Once you’re on the My Profile screen, you’ll see a variety of fields displaying your personal details.
This page contains information specific to you — not to your company or organization.
Step 4: Customize Your Personal Fields
You can update and personalize the following information:
Personal details (e.g., name, title, contact information)
Signature upload — Add your personal signature for official use.
Point of Contact status — Check whether you are listed as a company point of contact or a regular employee.
Step 5: Save Your Changes
After updating your details, make sure to save your changes to ensure your profile information is accurate and up to date.
